ABOUT

Hello!
My name is Robin Mommers, I am a Dutch illustrator/animator, currently based in the Netherlands. I have studied 4 years of artacademy at Sint Joost in den Bosch, of which one year I studied at Leeds arts university in the UK.

Who I am as an artist and my way of creating is closely connected to who I am as a person. I’d consider myself to be an excited, positive and curious person, which usually shows in my work. I enjoy learning about new techniques and materials and am always up for a challenge. My work can be very illustrative, other times graphic or even abstract. I wouldn’t say I have a specific medium I like to work with, since I like to keep it varied and try out new things. This diversity in medium and in work is what I consider to be my one of my biggest strengths. My own work is usually based around themes like nature, life, the ocean and the (underwater) world.

As you can probably tell I am up for anything so contact me with any idea, question or project you might have and we can discuss how to make it happen.
I’d love to hear from you!

Robin
